Simple Tips fitness schedule

Finally found a suitable sport for yourself. and has been running almost 2 months since last May, this weight has begun to diminish. from the beginning the range 65.5Kg 61.8Kg now. Until the month of May next year InshaAllah want the focus to sport this one. why the hell it is definitely for the health of the body in addition to wanting an ideal and "boxes" hehe ... 

The point is, no matter how busy we are with routines in which we live, still must maintain health with regular exercise in addition to maintaining proper nutrition. especially for workers like me who work office hours, always seat and stay in front of computer screen for 8 hours or more. it is highly recommended for routine processing once the body. for the same profession with my exercise schedule can be set according to need. if my fitness instructor said, its still good its pattern like this: 


- Working beginning at 8 am until 5 pm 
- Fitness from 7 pm to 9 pm or more 
- In the span between the hours of 5-6 pm cultivated dinner (1-2 hours prior to fitness) 
- As much as possible and do not have dinner in a span of over 7 hours a night. 
- Keep a food nutrition, avoid fried foods, reduce the levels of carbohydrates, proteins and multiply. 


Personal experience, I've undergone the pattern and thank God my weight began to decrease gradually. especially for the diet, I currently always overestimate servings of vegetables than rice. portion around 60:40 InshaAllah if we live with on a regular, long time we will get used to such a diet.
